Welcome to the North Star Neighborhood Association
The North Star Neighborhood (formally the McClellan Park Neighborhood) is located on the East Side of Madison Wisconsin. We are East of Interstate 90, North of Cottage Grove Road, West of Sprecher Road, and South of Milwaukee Street. Our neighborhood includes the Grandview Commons, Covered Bridge, Birchwood Ridge, Rustic Acres, and Jubilee subdivisions.
