The North Star Neighborhood Association is unique in the fact that we don’t manage the financials of our community. Grandview Commons continues to be managed by DSI until the community is 100% built out. So, who do you call when you have a question? Please consult the table below for contact information for a variety of different inquiries.

The North Star Neighborhood Newsletter reaches over 900 area households four times a year. The newsletter is a vital communication tool used to inform our neighbors of upcoming events, neighborhood concerns, and updates. We welcome businesses who wish to advertise in our newsletter.

Earth Day Challenge!

Saturday, April 20th from 10:00am-12:00pm

Galaxy Park & North Star Park

The City Parks Department is once again holding an “Earth Day Challenge” to help clean up area parks: Saturday, April 20th from 10:00am-12:00pm. The Parks Department will provide clean up supplies at both Galaxy Park and North Star Park in our neighborhood.

If you’d like to help with the clean-up in our neighborhood, you can sign up to volunteer via the Madison Parks website (link here) or simply meet the volunteer group at Galaxy or North Star Park at 10:00am on Saturday, April 20th. Check our Facebook page for updates as the date approaches.

Capitol View Farmers' Market - 2024 Season!

Wednesdays from 3:00-7:00pm (May 29th through Oct. 9th)

We are excited for another season of the Capitol View Farmers' Market in 2024! We hope you'll join us each week throughout the summer and early fall for great local vendors, food carts, live music, and FUN!
